At IntraLifeCloting, we strive for high-quality products and happy customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can make use of our return policy as described below.

Return period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it You can register for a return without giving a reason. After registering, you then have another 14 days to send the product back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
All original labels and tags are still attached.
The item is in its original packaging.
The item shows no damage, stains, odors, or other signs of use.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift vouchers.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.

Register Return

To register a return, send an email to:

Include the following:

Your full name
Order number
Reason for return (optional)

After approval, you will receive further instructions for returning your order.

Return costs

The costs for returning an order are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking. IntraLifeCloting is not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

As soon as we have received and checked your return, you'll get a confirmation by email.

If the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded through the same payment method used for the original payment.

The refund will be processed within 14 working days after receiving and approving the return.

Defective or Wrongly Delivered Items

Did you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item? Then contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at info@intralifecloting.com and include clear photos. We will offer a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled as long as they haven't been processed or shipped yet. Please get in touch as soon as possible via info@intralifecloting.com.
