Processing Orders

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or official holidays.

During busy periods, such as holidays or special promotions, the processing time may be a bit longer.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery times are:

Netherlands: 2 to 5 business days
Belgium: 3 to 7 business days
Europe: 5 to 10 business days
International: 7 to 20 business days

These delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, customs checks, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and shown before the order is confirmed.

Any free shipping offers are clearly stated on our website.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can follow the status of your package.

Delayed Deliveries

Although we do our best to deliver all orders on time, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. IntraLifeCloting is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs services, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Wrong Address

It's the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, extra shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or isn't received within a reasonable time, please contact us as soon as possible at info@intralifecloting.com.

We will start an investigation together with the carrier and do our best to provide a suitable solution.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, import duties, taxes, or other customs fees may apply. These costs are the customer's responsibility and are not reimbursed by IntraLifeCloting.
